It helps if you tell us your account email, what you were doing, and roughly when it happened. A screenshot helps too. Cover up customer names, numbers and amounts first where you can.
Your data
Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion, and we will check who you are before acting. It is the same protection you would want if somebody else asked. Please never email us passwords, sign-in links, API keys or customer lists.
If you think your account has been reached by someone else
Sign out, stop entering anything, and write to us straight away. Tell us when you noticed and which account it is. Leave out the passwords and the customer details.
